Refunds, extensions, or cancellations are not available for class credits, workshops, memberships, subscriptions, retreats, apparel, or merchandise.

Class credits, workshops, and memberships are generally non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser.

Effective January 1, 2025, transfers of memberships or packages may be permitted under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of management. Approved transfers will be subject to a fee of PHP 2,000 per transferred month (pro-rated for partial months, with a minimum charge equivalent to one month). All transfer requests must follow our transfer policy and receive prior management approval.
