Class Description
In Sanskrit, the word abhyāsa means "practice." On the mat, this signifies the intentional return and repetition of our yoga practice. This World Yoga Day, return to your practice and celebrate with teachers Karina, Cathy, Claire, and Alleina. Join the Vida Alabang community with these special, soul-nourishing sessions. June 6 Saturday: Yoga Wheel with Karina In this class, discover new possibilities in your practice. The yoga wheel is a powerful and playful prop that can help improve your balance and take you deeper into postures. June 13 Saturday: Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, and Meditation with Cathy Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep," is a meditation technique designed to bring your body into a state of rest and recovery. Combined with breathing techniques, expect to be lulled into pure relaxation. June 20 Saturday: Yoga of Sound with Claire Experience the ancient practice of using sound vibrations from tibetan & crystal bowls, drums, bells and chimes for deep rest and mental rejuvenation. June 28 Sunday: Handstands with Alleina This fun and fearless session will leave you feeling upside down (literally)! Learn accessible drills and inversion techniques, and refine your handstand practice.
