The Vida Yoga 20-Hour Mentorship Program provides real class teaching experience, personalized feedback, and expert guidance to refine your skills and build confidence in leading classes. Who This Is For - New 200-Hour Graduates transitioning from student to teacher with real class teaching experience. - Certified Yoga Teachers (RYT 200+) rebuilding confidence in sequencing, cueing, and assisting. - Experienced Practitioners looking to elevate their practice and refine their teaching approach. Program Overview (20 Hours, 4-6 Weeks) 📍 Part 1: Sequencing Study & Post-Class Discussions (5 Hours) - Attend 10 regular Vida Yoga classes with Marsha (attendance itself is not counted in the 20 hours). - Post-Class Study & Review (30 min per session, 10 sessions): Gain insight into Marsha’s six-week sequencing methodology: ✅ Shoulder ✅ Hip ✅ Twists ✅ Backbends ✅ Core ✅ Inversions - Analyze the ‘what, why, and how’ behind intelligent sequencing. - Develop awareness of structure and creativity while finding your teaching voice that is authentic and aligned with yoga’s principles. 📍 Part 2: Strength & Conditioning (7.5 Hours) - 10 Exclusive Yoga Conditioning Sessions (45 min each) - Targeted training to enhance anatomical understanding, strength, and control. - Personalized instruction to refine movement efficiency for safer, more effective teaching. 📍 Part 3: Teaching Practicum & Sequencing Practice (7.5 Hours) - Progressive Teaching Development: * Assist and instruct class segment - refine delivery, cueing, and presence. * Engage in team practice teaching - Sequencing Practice: * Develop and refine sequences with mentorship feedback. * Assignments and structured check-ins via WhatsApp group. * Receive personalized coaching to develop your teaching style.
