Class Description
Hot 26 Teacher Training This training prepares participants to teach 60-minute and 90-minute Hot 26 classes while deepening their personal practice through rigorous morning and evening sessions. Posture clinics focus on clear dialogue and effective cues, ensuring safe guidance through the 26-posture sequence. Trainees gain knowledge in anatomy, alignment, and teaching techniques to become confident, professional yoga instructors. About Hot 26 Hot 26 is a structured sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, practiced in a heated room. Each class follows a set order to maximize physical and mental benefits, suitable for all levels. Topics: - Build a strong foundation in yoga principles, anatomy, and postures. - Effectively communicate this knowledge in teaching. - Understand anatomy, yogic philosophy, asana, lifestyle, and ethics. - Recognize and correct common mistakes and misalignments. - Apply knowledge in practice and teaching. - Embrace the joy of teaching yoga. Post-Training Support: Course Director Budah offers guidance to trainees ready to start teaching. Psychology, St. Scholastica’s College, Manila Daily Schedule (subject to change) Weekend/Weekday 7:00am-8:50am: Kriya and Lecture 9:00am-10:00am: Asana (90 minutes intermittently) 10:30am-12:30pm: Lecture 12:30pm-1:30pm: Lunch 1:30pm-5:00pm: Lecture Yoga Alliance Curriculum The program adheres to Yoga Alliance standards: History, Philosophy, and Ethics: 30 hours Teaching Methodology: 25 hours Practicum: 10 hours Techniques, Training, and Practice: 100 hours Anatomy and Physiology: 20 hours Independent Studies: 15 hours Requirements This program requires physical and emotional dedication, along with strong personal support.
