A lifelong athlete, Yael’s foundation in movement began with varsity football throughout high school and university. After a second ACL tear, she redefined her relationship with fitness and traded high-impact grind for longevity, intention, and smarter strength.

She discovered group fitness in 2018 and now teaches across multiple modalities that include Slow Resistance Training, Pre/Post-Natal, Tread, Stretch + Mobility and Functional fitness.

Expect high-energy classes powered by a carefully curated playlist, and smart, sneaky challenges designed to push limits while leaving you feeling strong, proud, and accomplished.
Rooted in control and purpose, Yael’s goal is to help people fall in love with movement that supports their lifestyle and actually lasts. She moves and leads with power, always rooted in intention.
