Cathy Dario

Yoga, Sculpt

In 2016, Cathy earned her 200-Hour Vinyasa Yoga certification from YogaWorks. From there, she pursued certifications in Yin, Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga, and Trauma Informed Yoga. In 2025, she completed her MA in Yoga Studies at Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles, California. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer under the American Council of Exercise and a Women's Fitness Specialist under the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Cathy also teaches other modalities of movement such as barre and slow resistance training. Her classes are fun yet functional, methodical but motivating, and wrapped with mindfulness and heart!
