Class Description
Pillar: Hot Heat Level: 🔥🔥🔥 Sweat Level: 💦💦💦 A 60-minute full-body sweat session that blends bodyweight moves and lightweights with the energy of the beat—all in a heated room. We start slow to warm you up and end slow to cool you down, but in between, it’s high-intensity, rhythm-driven training designed to build strength, stamina, and flow. Every track fuels your movement, every rep is intentional, and every drop of sweat is earned.

Cancellation Policy
Vida Yoga now observes a 4-hour cancellation policy to keep classes open and accessible. - You can cancel a class 4+ hours before start time with no penalty; your credit will be returned. - If you cancel within 4 hours or don’t attend, it counts as a late cancellation / no-show, and your class credit will be used. - Three (3) late cancellations or no-shows within 30 days will result in a two-week booking pause.
