Held in a 95°F (35°C) heated room, this dynamic, low-impact class incorporates Pilates exercises on a mat with optional props like bands, weights, and Pilates rings. Perfect for all fitness levels, the heat helps warm muscles for deeper stretches and enhanced mobility.

Cancellation Policy
Vida Yoga now observes a 4-hour cancellation policy to keep classes open and accessible. - You can cancel a class 4+ hours before start time with no penalty; your credit will be returned. - If you cancel within 4 hours or don’t attend, it counts as a late cancellation / no-show, and your class credit will be used. - Three (3) late cancellations or no-shows within 30 days will result in a two-week booking pause.
