Class Description
Pillar: Warm Heat Level: 🔥 Sweat Level: 💦 This warm practice, set at 34.5°C, improves circulation and mobility as you flow. The session begins with simple breathwork and flows through a breath-centric sequence with controlled movements. It finishes with longer-held twists to release tension, leaving you refreshed and re-energized.

Cancellation Policy
Vida Yoga observes a 4-hour cancellation policy: • Cancel at least 4 hours before class to have your class credit returned. • Late cancellations (within 4 hours) and no-shows will forfeit the class credit and receive a strike. • First late cancellation or no-show: Warning. • Two (2) late cancellations and/or no-shows within 30 days will result in a 7-day booking suspension.
