VIDA Studio Reminders

No Phones in the Studio

Phones are not allowed inside the yoga room. Devices will be collected and returned after class. Filming is only permitted with prior teacher approval and must take place in designated areas.

Leave Bags Outside

Please store all belongings in the locker area before class. Bring only your water bottle and towel into the studio.

Respect the Community

We value a culture of kindness. Please treat all staff, teachers, and fellow members with respect and consideration.

Arrive on Time

Classes begin promptly, with a 5-minute grace period. Late arrivals may not be admitted.

Keep It Down

Maintain a calm, quiet environment. Please speak softly in both the studio and lobby.

No Shoes in the Studio

To keep the space clean and intentional, no shoes are allowed inside the studio. Please leave all footwear outside before entering.

Booking Policy

Bookings open 5 days before class time. For example, a Saturday 12:00 PM class opens for booking at 12:00 PM on Monday. We recommend reserving early—popular classes fill quickly.
