Absolute Hot is a heated practice that takes inspiration from Bikram, Ashtanga and Vinyasa Yoga with additional core and spine strengthening progressions. This 60 minute class is an adaptation of the original 90 minute practice. This series of a well-rounded blend of strength and flexibility poses is taught using modern hatha yoga technique aimed at building skill, precision, efficiency and sustainability. Its open level design offers accessibility to beginners as well as challenges to more seasoned practitioners.
